How to delete your account

In the app: open Settings, choose Account, then Manage Account and Delete Account. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

On this page: guest-account users enter the Account ID and account deletion code shown in the app. Google-linked users sign in here with the Google account linked to ReVivid, then confirm deletion.

Deleting the app from your device does not delete your ReVivid account. Cancelling a Google Play subscription must be done separately in Google Play.

What is deleted

We delete the live ReVivid account, account and session records, Google account linkage, wallet balance and remaining credits, subscription entitlement, notification-token mapping, and account-linked AI operation metadata and AI safety reports. Any remaining provider cleanup requests are queued so temporary provider payloads can be removed.

What may be retained

Some records are retained only when needed for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or deletion-audit purposes. Financial and purchase transaction records may be retained for up to 10 years, with the deleted live account reference removed where the system permits. Deletion audit records may be retained for up to 90 days. Security and abuse-prevention records may be retained for up to 30 days. Temporary provider-cleanup and AI operation records are removed under the operational retention process, normally within 90 days; temporary image files are removed within one hour and failed provider-cleanup retries run for up to 24 hours.

Photos already exported to your device and any Google Play subscription are outside this account-deletion process. Read the ReVivid Privacy Policy for full details.
