This policy explains how ReVivid processes information when you use the Android app, its AI features, advertising, subscriptions, support and account-deletion services. ReVivid is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Ordinary editor tools and Auto Beauty operate on your device. Cloud AI features send the selected photo and only required masks/instructions through Scoreboot's backend to fal.ai. We do not build a permanent cloud photo gallery or store photo binaries, thumbnails or provider media URLs in the application database.
AI requests disable fal.ai input/output storage and request a maximum media lifecycle of 3,600 seconds (one hour). Our backend queues provider-payload deletion, retries failed cleanup for up to 24 hours, and automatically removes temporary files after at most one hour.
We do not use submitted photos to train AI models. fal.ai's API terms state that Client Content is not used to create, train or develop its products or services, subject to services expressly identified as excluded or pending enterprise readiness. We do not intentionally configure an excluded model for production processing.
We use information to provide editing/AI results, authenticate and secure accounts, maintain credits/subscriptions, verify purchases, show consented advertising, deliver optional notifications, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, provide support, meet legal duties and improve reliability.
Depending on the activity and country, legal bases include contract performance, consent, legitimate interests in security/service improvement, and legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through ReVivid settings or available privacy controls.
Firebase Analytics is enabled by default with a two-month retention setting. Disable “Share anonymous app analytics” in Settings. Advertising-ID collection and default ad-personalization signals are disabled in ReVivid's Firebase configuration.
ReVivid uses Google User Messaging Platform where required, plus Unity LevelPlay and Google AdMob for advertising/mediation. Providers process advertising data according to consent choices and their policies. Rewarded ads are optional; PRO users are not shown rewarded-ad unlocks where indicated.
We disclose only required information to fal.ai (cloud AI), Google Firebase (analytics/notifications), Google Play (authentication/commerce), Unity LevelPlay and Google AdMob (ads), hosting providers, and authorities/advisers where legally necessary. We do not sell photos, use them for AI training, or sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures may be “sharing” or targeted-ad processing under some laws; applicable controls remain available.
Scoreboot Mobile is in Türkiye. ReVivid's primary backend is currently hosted in Germany through GNET İnternet Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. (Güzel Hosting) and underlying OVHcloud infrastructure. fal.ai, Google and Unity may process data elsewhere. Where required, transfers use recognized contractual and legal safeguards.
A record may be retained longer only where required for law, claims, fraud investigation or a binding authority request.
Delete in Settings → Account → Delete Account or on the public deletion page. This removes the account, sessions, Google linkage, wallet, allowance, notification mapping and user-linked AI metadata; credits are lost. Certain financial records may remain for ten years, disconnected from the deleted live account where the schema permits. Deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription or remove gallery exports.
We use transport encryption, access controls, one-way token hashing, encrypted purchase/notification tokens, short-lived files, sanitized logs and lifecycle cleanup. No system is completely secure; contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Depending on applicable law—including Türkiye's KVKK, EEA/UK GDPR and California privacy law—you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or disclosure information; withdraw consent; or complain to a competent authority. We may verify identity and retain information where a lawful exception applies. Contact support@scoreboot.com.
We may update this policy when the app, providers or law changes. We will publish the updated date and provide additional notice when legally required.
