1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Scoreboot Mobile (“Scoreboot Mobile,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning the Game Assistant mobile application (the “App”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. The App is not directed to children and is intended only for users aged 18 and over. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. License to use the App

Subject to these Terms and the applicable store terms, Scoreboot Mobile grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Scoreboot Mobile and its licensors. The App, including its software, design, trademarks, text, and other content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

3. App features and important limitations

Measurements and recommendations are informational only. Do not rely on the App for safety-critical, emergency, medical, navigation, financial, or other high-risk purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, and the Google Play terms that apply to your download or purchase. You must not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except where law expressly permits it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the App's source code except to the extent that applicable law prohibits this restriction.
• Bypass or interfere with security measures, billing, advertising, access controls, or technical limits of the App or related services.
• Use the App to violate another person's rights, disrupt networks or services, distribute malware, or engage in unlawful activity.
• Use the App while driving or in any manner that distracts you from safely operating a vehicle or equipment.

5. Premium subscriptions, billing, and advertising

Premium subscriptions

Some features may require a Premium subscription. Prices, billing period, trial eligibility, and the features included with a subscription are shown in the Google Play purchase flow before you confirm a purchase. Payment processing is handled by Google Play, not by Scoreboot Mobile.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your Google Play account before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Google Play states otherwise. Refunds are handled under the applicable Google Play refund rules and mandatory consumer law.

We may change Premium features or subscription offerings prospectively where permitted by law. Google Play will provide any required notice for changes to subscription pricing.

Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertisements, including rewarded or interstitial ads. Where available, consent and privacy choices are presented in the App. Advertising is provided through third-party services and is subject to their applicable policies.

6. Privacy and third-party services

Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it before using the App. It describes, among other things, App permissions, local game data, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and your privacy choices.

The App may use third-party services such as Google Play Billing, Firebase, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Unity LevelPlay / ironSource, and, if you choose the optional feature, Shizuku. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

7. Availability, updates, and support

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App, including a feature, at any time where permitted by law. Features may be unavailable because of device compatibility, Android changes, network conditions, maintenance, third-party service availability, or other technical reasons.

We may provide updates to improve security, functionality, compatibility, or stability. You may need to install updates to continue using certain features. We do not guarantee that the App will be available without interruption or error.

8. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to operate, improve, and develop our products and services, without compensation or further obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scoreboot Mobile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or device access arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this limitation includes claims for hearing harm, discomfort, damage to a device speaker or connected audio equipment, or other loss allegedly arising from your use of Volume Booster or other audio effects.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

10. Termination, changes, and governing law

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the App, or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide any notice required by law. If you continue using the App after an updated version takes effect, you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts and enforcement offices located in Isparta, Türkiye have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
